Lindsey Jo is a big 7th grader. She is excited to be the oldest in her school this year. She is attending a new school, Sunrise Ridge Intermediate. Call me stupid, but for some crazy reason they called me the week before school started saying that they didn't have a PTA president yet, they begged me to do it. Needless to say I said I would. So I guess this year will be quite the adventure.
Jim and I are amazed as we look at our HIGH SCHOOLER. We just can't be old enough to have a child in High School. But, we are. It was a sad day for mom, but a happy one for Jess. Jessica is attending the new Desert Hills High School. It is a beautiful school.

Thanks for posting this--I almost felt like I was there! The kids look great--hair just perfect and outfits cute for the first day! They are getting too big!!! Slow down, at least until we get back!

Any ideas for PTA I can pass on, I'd be happy to, 25 year stint, in some form or other, for me--I always loved being involved cause I think the teachers were more "patient" with my kids! Get some good helpers fast, then delegate!! Good luck, wish I was there to help tend Ethan
